Regional Network

1st For Energy through a network of regionally based professionals provides a nationwide service to customers. Principally in the areas of Energy Certification (Display Energy Certificates and commercial Energy Performance Certificates), Air Conditioning Inspection reports and CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme support services. 1st For Energy is registered with Constructionline (number 106700) which means that as a supplier  it has been pre-qualified to the official Government pre-qualified standard.

COMPLIANCE WITH LEGISLATION - by 4th January 2011 ALL buildings with Air Conditioning Systems rated over 12kW (5 or more split units) must have an Air Conditioning Inspection report provided by an accredited assessor.

1st For Energy offer a nationwide service to ensure that our customers do not fall foul of this element of the Energy Performance of Buildings regulations. Our accredited energy assessors have already helped numerous Universities, Hospitals and Councils to comply. 1st For Energy intends to offer Green Deal Assessments for Non Residential buildings when the Green Deal is rolled out towards the end of 2012 via a UK network of accredited Green Deal Assessors.

Once a customer has their Green Deal Assessment from 1st For Energy they will then be able to chose from one of 22 Green Deal Providers (currently registered so far) to manage the project: including the arrangement of finance, the implementation of the recommended Energy Saving Measures using accredited Green Deal Installers and liaising with the utility company regarding the collection of payments.
